Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, and Cash App. Processing Fee: All credit card or online payments (including Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash App, or debit/credit transactions) incur a 3% surcharge to help offset processing costs. This amount does not exceed the actual fees we pay to our payment processors.
Sales Tax: All orders are subject to applicable sales tax.
Rental Policies & Requirements
Down Payment: A 20% deposit is required to secure rentals (unless it is a last-minute order). Blance: 50% of the blance is required to be paid before your event and the remaining when Dropped Off Parks & Venues: An additional deposit is required for all park and venue reservations. Delivery Only: We provide delivery service only Courtesy Deliveries: Free deliveries the day before are not guaranteed. They are a courtesy unless paid for. Linens: We do not provide linens. Availability: If an item is not listed, it is not offered. Pricing: Please review our Terms & Conditions before placing an order. Canopy & Equipment Return Policy: All canopies must be completely cleaned out and cleared of decorations, trash, and personal belongings before pickup. If the canopy is not ready, a cleanup or wait-time surcharge will be applied. All tables and chairs must be folded and stacked in one area, ready for pickup. If our delivery team must clean, fold, or collect items, an additional labor upcharge will apply.
Delivery & Transport
Standard Transport: Items transported within 100 feet on flat ground are free, as long as transport does not go through homes, stairs, or steps. Stairs / Elevators / Hills: Additional fees apply. Standard fee is $2 per step for items under 50 lbs (final charge depends on quantity and trips).

Driver wait-time: The Delivery Drives are subject to wait only 15 minutes and will leave any additonal wait time or have to come back will be addtional charge for custmer Cleaning Fee: Dirty or wet equipment will incur a cleaning fee. Parks & Venues: Orders for parks or venues always require a deposit. Identification: A valid California ID or Driver’s License is required upon delivery. Condition of Items: Rental items are used equipment and may show signs of wear. Setup & Breakdown: Setup and breakdown services are not included.
